A long time has passed since Texas has played a football game against UTEP. In fact, in 1933 (the last year they played), UTEP was not even ‘UTEP’ yet. ‘The College of Mines’ had yet to officially join the UT system and they were defeated by the Longhorns in Austin by a score of 22-6.
